Terms and Conditions
Deposit:
In
order to reserve your speakers and confirm your booking a non-refundable
deposit of £100 is required within seven days of receiving your contract.
However, just let us know if this will be a problem for you if you have to wait
for committee meetings etc and we will be happy to help.
Cancellation
policy:
Postponements
and cancellations do happen and we are always sympathetic to clients who need
to call off their event for whatever reasons. However, to protect our Speakers
we need to be able to give them as much notice of cancellation as possible to
enable them to arrange another appointment on that date.
Our
cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
More than 56 days
of the event - 0% of the balance to be paid
Within 56 days of
the event - 50% of the balance to be
paid
Within 28 days of
the event - 100% of the balance to be
paid
In
the event of any confirmed booking being cancelled the original deposit will be
forfeited.
